Our valley is located just outside the small farming village of Yenice. It is around 15 minutes from the main Muğla to Marmaris road, and then a further 15 minutes to the coast at Akyaka in one direction, or the ‘county town’ of Muğla in the other.
It is almost exactly equidistant from Dalaman and Bodrum airports, being around a 1 ¼ hour drive from either.
During the summer season (April to October) there are many direct flights to both airports from most countries in Europe, mainly charter but with some low cost and scheduled carriers.
Outside of these periods, direct flights are rarer, but it is possible to fly via Istanbul.
We can arrange either a transfer for you, or a hire car to be waiting at the airport – please ask for a quote.
If a relaxing break is what you desire spending time exploring the valley, then we have everything you need. However, if you wish to travel further to the coast of surrounding countryside we can arrange car hire for you at around £20 per day.
Where are we?
The Natural Life Village appears under the Turkish name of ‘Yenice Vadi Doğal Yaşam Köyü' if you look directly on Google Maps.
As the valley is some 700 metres above sea level, it is not as swelteringly hot in mid-summer as it can be on the coast. The chart below shows average high / low temperatures; for more weather details, please click here.
