Enjoy the delights of our locally sourced produce, much of which is grown within the surrounding fields and greenhouses. Eggs are collected daily from our friendly flock of chickens who roam freely in their own paddock.
Each morning be woken up to a traditional Turkish village breakfast ‘köy kahvaltı’, served between 8.30-11.00. This hearty breakfast will set you up for your day's adventures, it includes five local cheeses, breads, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers, olives, jams and honey – that’s just for starters. Each day you will also get a different egg from fried to menemen including a hot side such as gözleme or börek. Tea coffee and fruit juice is available throughout breakfast.
Every evening the chef will prepare a three course dinner based on seasonal produce available locally and on site. Delicious mezes, BBQs, fish and güveç (casseroles) are just a few of the main dishes prepared for guests each day.
Our fully stocked bar is open all day for soft and alcoholic beverages along with speciality coffees.
Traditional Turkish cuisine caters readily for both vegetarian and gluten free diets, but please let us know if you have any specific dietary requirements we need to be aware of.
